In May 2018, we opened our doors and poured our very first rounds of Harbor Brewing beer. Since then, we’ve grown far beyond those early days, expanding our taproom, brewing equipment, staff, hours, and everything in between.

Today, our Lake Villa taproom offers a little something for everyone, with **24 taps featuring our latest beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic options, live music, bingo, trivia nights and games ** where you can channel your inner child. We also host a variety of events throughout the year and offer spaces for private parties and celebrations.

Whether you’re stopping in for a fresh pint, catching a live band, playing some games, or planning your next event, there’s always something happening at Harbor Brewing.

Beer

At Harbor Brewing Company, beer is more than a career—it’s our passion. Like many breweries, our story started in a garage, where countless late nights, early mornings, and plenty of trial and error eventually led us to making some damn good beer. A few years later, after many more long nights and rough mornings, that passion became a reality when we opened our doors.

We’re still driven by that same passion today. We’re constantly brewing new beers, expanding our tap list, experimenting with different styles, and creating new collaborations. In 2026, that hard work was recognized with two Gold Medals at the U.S. Beer Open Championships.
